By 2026, all MEA projects will follow sustainable operations standards, ensuring resources are reused, waste is minimized, and materials are cycled back into future initiatives.

All projects must either use no more than 40% newly procured materials or source at least 30% of all materials from the MEA Room inventory and crowdsourcing.

Supplier lists must be composed of at least 60% local sources, and all tokens must be sourced from social enterprises.

To increase visibility and develop stakeholder perception of MEA's sustainability narrative, we will publish a biannual aggregated impact report of MEA’s sustainability.
Aim: Publish one (1) aggregated impact reports by the end of each semester for academic year 2025-2026.

At least 90% of all project cores undergo a tailored onboarding process that introduces MEA’s commitments to sustainability and systems thinking.

100% of consulting engagements serve social enterprises and organizations working with vulnerable, underrepresented, or geographically marginalized communities.

To strengthen our advocacy network, we partner with MSMEs or NGOs to offer sustainability-focused support through contextualized service that uplifts their advocacy.
Aim: Deliver for at least one (1) partner MSME or NGO per semester.

Talakayang Alay sa Bayan (TALAB)
To deepen our advocacy engagement, MEA is collaborating with Ateneo’s annual action-reflection program, TALAB, to bring Corporate Sustainability to the wider Ateneo community.
Aim: Gather a minimum of 30 participants for the TALAB Activity.

By 2026, MEA will operate on a financially sustainable and values-aligned model, ensuring that every project and partnership upholds fiscal integrity, transparency, and mission coherence.

Encourage a diversified funding mix by supporting projects in covering at least 10% of their operational costs through self-sustaining revenue activities.

CS Campaign
We issue one monthly digital publication on Facebook to highlight relevant topics aligned with the three pillars of sustainability and bridge them to real-world businesses.
Aim: Release one (1) digital publication each month from June 2025 to May 2026.

MEA Room
Serves as our tambayan, a shared space for rest, collaboration, and community, and doubles as our inventory hub, where we manage resources efficiently through digital tracking and routine physical audits.
Aim: MEARoom is used for at least 10 small-group org activities or informal meet-ups per month.
