Department Description

The External Relations (ExRel) Department plays a key role in connecting MEA with a diverse range of external partners: companies, organizations, MSMEs, and other key stakeholders. It supports initiatives by securing financial backing, product sponsorships, and meaningful industry collaborations. By bringing projects to life and maximizing their impact, the department serves as MEA’s pathfinder, guiding the community toward continued success.

Company Coordination and Roadshows

Associates manage end-to-end partnerships, from alignment meetings to deliverable tracking, and help organize roadshows with top companies, giving partners a platform to connect with MEAns and promote career opportunities.

Associates are deployed as Externals Heads for various projects, handling sponsorships, speaker sourcing, and partner engagement. They play a key role in bringing MEA’s flagship initiatives to life through external collaboration.

Associate Training

First Semester (August to October)

Associates undergo onboarding, training sessions, and simulations—equipping them with the communication, coordination, and professional skills needed to handle stakeholders and represent MEA confidently.
