Information Management
Strengthening IMD’s impact through institutionalizing knowledge infrastructure, expanding external reach, and fostering holistic associate development.
Formation Identity
IMD is a space where associates grow through experience. Through training, mentorship, deployments, and initiatives, they learn how the department works and how they can contribute to MEA. Beyond building systems and working with data, associates are encouraged to understand the people behind their work and take greater ownership of the impact they create.
Who we are
Department Description
The Information Management Department (IMD) supports MEA by developing and maintaining systems that make the organization’s processes more efficient, sustainable, and informed. From managing data and automating workflows to supporting projects and departments through PRISM and other digital solutions, IMD works behind the scenes to help MEAns do their work better. As MEA’s operational backbone, IMD aims to turn information into systems and insights that create meaningful impact across the organization.
Project Support
Dependent on project timelines
Through PRISM, IMD Associates work directly with project committees to develop customized systems that help committees manage their tasks, streamline project execution, and improve overall coordination and efficiency.
Beyond the Sheets
Second Semester (January - April)
Beyond the Sheets provides associates with real, hands-on experiences that go beyond organizational involvement by engaging with start-up businesses and offices within Ateneo.
PRISM Report Generation
Dependent on project timelines
Through PRISM, IMD Associates document key data, best practices, challenges, and areas for improvement throughout a project’s planning and execution, ensuring that succeeding Projects are able to improve.
