Who we are

Department Description

The Information Management Department (IMD) is the foundational pillar of MEA, powering the organization through system optimization, data-driven decisions, and a strong culture of service. As an extension of the Administrative Office, it manages information by organizing files, standardizing documents, and streamlining tools across departments and projects. Through platforms like the MEA Database, MEA Hub, MEA Website, and document archive, IMD stores knowledge and insights that fuel MEA’s continuous improvement for future iterations.

Project Recsec Deployments

IMD associates will support Recruitment and Secretariat teams across MEA projects, gaining experience in building systems like sign-up forms, trackers, and databases, while also helping manage registration during event day operations.

PRISM Deployments

Dependent on project timelines

IMD associates in PRISM teams will work with HR and project managers to plan timelines, standardize GDrive, run check-ins, and design evaluations—streamlining workflows, tracking KPIs, and consolidating insights for stronger project continuity.

Associate Training

First Semester (August - October)

These trainings equip associates with technical skills in Google Sheets, Excel, mail merges, and form creation. They also include PRISM training on initiating contact, data analysis, and insight interpretation for effective reporting and decisions.
