The Marketing and Communications Department (MCD) is MEA’s creative engine—driving impact, not just impressions. As MEA’s voice and image, we tell stories that resonate beyond the org while nurturing pride within. Through mentorship, workshops, and hands-on experience, we grow sustainable creativity. Our award-winning legacy, from the COA Wonder Award to Mi Amor’s branding win, reflects our commitment to innovation, meaning, and long-term value.

Awarded Project Branding of the Year at the COA-M Awards 2024, Mi Amor goes beyond traditional merch. It's a full-scale branding experience—from storytelling and concept development, to campaign strategy, studio production, and community engagement.

MarkStrat Deployments

Associates get deployed to projects as MarkStrat Core, leading campaign strategy through briefs, content, and collaterals—gaining skills in branding, audience targeting, and integrated marketing through real-world project launches.

Skill-building Workshops
