In HR:MEM, associates grow as people-first leaders who value connection, care, and community. They lead with empathy, build with purpose, and create safe, human spaces—helping MEAns feel seen, heard, and supported through every part of their MEA journey.

Who we are

Department Description

The Member Relations Department provides touchpoints for community-building and member wellness. It creates concrete avenues for the community to make organic connections and cultivate an empowering organizational culture. The department prioritizes support, member wellness in integrated initiatives, and meaningful relationships. Through these, MEM strives to foster a fun, safe, and inclusive community rooted in a happy and healthy MEA culture.

MEAntorship

September launch, year-round

A year-long mentorship initiative designed to give freshies and shift-ins support through having a mentor to help them navigate college life, life in MEA, and life in general.

Interest Groups

Year-round

Sub-communities within MEA that bring together MEAns with shared passions, hobbies, and interests, fostering connections and bonding around their specific interests.

MEASupport

Year-round

A support system initiative dedicated to assisting all MEAns, focusing on providing social support whether it be through giveaways or study spaces to help everyone thrive within the community.
