Sustainability
A purpose-driven Sustainability Department rooted in justice where Corporate Sustainability is a lived principle that empowers MEAns to lead with compassion, champion lasting impact, and build meaningful change within and beyond the bounds of the organization.
Formation Identity
Joining SUS means being empowered to build systems that make impact last. Through sustainable project management, consulting, and impact tracking, they support MEA and its projects, as well as community organizations and MSMEs. SUS cultivates critical thinking, purposeful action, and a deep commitment to people, planet, and profit.

Department Description
The Sustainability Department champions our core advocacy of Corporate Sustainability (CS) by embedding it meaningfully in MEA’s projects, partnerships, and internal systems. We offer collaborative consulting that balances people, planet, and profit, ensuring long-term value, tangible impact, and organizational growth. By applying CS to real-world issues, we foster a people-centric MEA that breaks the corporate bubble and uses business for good.
