ABM nurtures a culture of connection and belonging through play. By offering inclusive activities that bring MEAns together across year levels, we foster camaraderie and strengthen the bonds that help students build meaningful relationships within the MEA community.
Who we are
Project Description
The Athletics Board of MEA (ABM) is the organization’s official year-long project for sports and recreational activities. It aims to build connections and camaraderie across batches through friendly competitions and inclusive events. From both casual and competitive games and sports to recreational and variety activities, ABM offers a space to bond, de-stress, and create lasting memories and connections through play.
ABM House Cup
The House Cup is at the core of ABM, grouping MEAns into four houses that compete with each other for House Points in ABM’s various year-long events. The highest-scoring house is crowned the Overall House Cup Champion at the year-end MEAMore Party.
Variety Events
ABM’s Layag and CB All-Stars are events that spotlight inclusivity and connection; Layag through high-energy, creatively ideated games open to all MEAns, and CB All-Stars through a gameshow where MEAns of different batches face off against MEA’s Central Board.
Inter-batch Competition
The Inter-batch competition is a one-day event where MEAns from all year levels face off in relays and team games that foster batch pride, playful rivalry, and high-energy bonding throughout the entire MEA community.
