Formation Identity
The project cultivates leaders who value collective growth and learn through the shared experiences with who they work with, forming members into introspective and open-minded learners. In addition, LEADS members will become transformative storytellers who touch on personal experiences and insights as their compass to spark change wherever they go.
Who we are
Project Description
LEADS is a leadership development project that empowers individuals to grow through shared experiences and meaningful self-reflection. It fosters a culture of openness, introspection, and purposeful action, encouraging members to challenge their understanding of leadership and impact with personal insight. Throughout the journey, participants develop the courage and resilience to create meaningful connections and lead with clarity and character.
Pre-LEADS Event
An inclusive leadership workshop held before the main off-site event. It sets the foundation for participant engagement and leadership development community-wide.
LEADS Offsite Seminar
A transformative 3-day leadership seminar conducted off-site, focusing on authentic leadership through storytelling, interactive modules, and meaningful interpersonal relationships. It fosters growth via experiential learning, reflective conversations, and community building among MEAns.
Post-LEADS Event
