LEADS cultivates leaders who grow together in purpose, learning through shared experience with those they work alongside, forming members into reflective and open-minded learners. In turn, LEADS members become purpose-driven leaders who carry personal experience, insight, and purpose as their compass, leading with direction wherever they go.
Who we are
Project Description
LEADS is MEA’s flagship leadership development project that invites MEAns to develop their own form of leadership. Through meaningful interactions and reflections, LEADS creates an environment for MEAns to uplift and challenge one another through these shared experiences so that their mutual leadership growth may be guided by intention, introspection, and action.
The LEADs Up
A leadership catalyst that gives MEAns a space to pause, reflect, and better understand their own leadership direction by engaging with various leadership journeys to help MEAns discern where they are, what holds them back, and what next move they are ready to take.
LEADS Offsite Seminar
A transformative 3-day, 2-night leadership experience where MEAns step out of their usual environment to connect and grow through modules, conversations, and unexpected moments of learning.
