The MEA Career Exploration Series (MEA CARES) aims to consistently equip MEAns with the necessary capabilities to discern and navigate their career paths through various, value-adding initiatives, continuously improved through each iteration to meet the ever-changing needs of our stakeholders.

Project Description
MEA CARES is MEA’s flagship career exploration project composed of: LinkME, MentorME, Blueprint, Networking Expo (NExpo), and FutureME. Each initiative provides MEAns with access to networking opportunities, internships, mentorship, and skill-building programs. Through these touch-points, MEA CARES empowers MEAns with the confidence to make informed career decisions, bridging purpose and possibility as they pursue meaningful career journeys.
Professional Networking Events
As MEA CARES' flagship professional networking events, MentorME fosters authentic connections between professionals and MEAns seeking career guidance, while NExpo offers concrete opportunities through Networking Booths and a Networking Dinner.
Career & Opportunity Navigation
MEA CARES allows MEAns navigate the opportunities and paths available to them through an opportunity dashboard and newsletter which delivers the latest career opportunities, as well as exclusive MEAn-tailored career events, both onsite and offsite.
Capacity Building
MEA CARES aims to empower MEAns to succeed in their careers through skills-building programs, featuring distinguished professionals from different industries that will impart relevant competencies needed to thrive in key professional fields.
