Formation Identity
PriME (Premier Management Engineering Orientation) is a project crafted by the community--for the community. Through authentic service and connection, MEAns are shaped into leaders grounded in purpose. Across shared stories, PriME creates a space for participants and core team members alike to navigate the paths of Management Engineering.
Who we are
Project Description
PriME is a flagship project that offers high school students an immersive introduction to the M.E. experience. Through a two-day onsite and one-day online event, the experience is offered to students nationwide. PriME is a space for personal discernment, exploring the community beyond academics through crafted talks, modules, and conversations.
PriME: Previews
A week-long rollout of video messages and asynchronous activities before PriME in Reach that equip online facilitators to create pre-event touchpoints with participants.
PriME in Reach
A one-day online event that invites grades 9-12 students nationwide to learn about M.E. and grant the opportunity to interact with M.E. students through talks, and guided discussion.
PriME Onsite Execution
A two-day onsite event that invites grades 9-12 participants to the Ateneo campus; immersing participants in the M.E. community and its prospects through a series of talks, reflective discussion, and high-energy program segments such as Amazing Race and Modules.
