Recruitment Week and General Assembly
A RWGA that’s personalized for each MEAn through a unified narrative to shape their journey.
Formation Identity
RWGA invites every MEAn to embark on a journey shaped by purpose, direction, and community. Beyond simply presenting opportunities, it helps members discover where they belong, navigate their options with intention, and find meaning in their own MEA experience. Through a connected journey across every stop, RWGA meets MEAns wherever they are and guides them toward where they can go next.
Who we are
Project Description
Recruitment Week and General Assembly (RWGA) is MEA’s annual opening experience that guides every MEAn in discovering their place, purpose, and potential within the organization. Through a connected journey across RecWeek, MEAntorship, AB Fair, Tambay, the General Assembly, and MEAsterclasses, RWGA goes beyond introducing opportunities by helping members navigate them with greater direction and intention.
RecWeek Booth
RWGA’s RecWeek Booth is every MEAn’s first hello to their home organization! Manned by RWGA core members and our Central Board and Administrative board, it’s filled with games, gimmicks, and activities.
General Assembly
The General Assembly is our big welcome event where the whole community comes together to meet the people behind MEA.
AB Fair & Tambay
AB Fair & Tambay is a museum-style walkthrough of MEA's departments and projects paired with a relaxed hangout space with fun crafting activities where MEAns get to chat and connect with each other!
